Prometheus Scales
Prometheus can in music refer to both a scale and a chord, the later is also known as the Mystic chord (C Prometheus chord: C, F#, Bb, E, A, D).
The diagrams below present one of three "Prometheus" scales. The other two are Prometheus Neapolitan which deviates with one note (C Prometheus Neapolitan Scale: C, Db, E, F#, A, Bb, C), and Prometheus Liszt which deviates with four notes (C Prometheus Liszt Scale: C, Db, E, F, G#, A, C).
